A Rare, Fully Funded Opportunity for Washington Elementary Schools

Every once in a while, something comes along that has the power to change entire school communities.

Thanks to new grant funding in partnership with Well Mind Project, Washington elementary schools can now receive the full Generation Wellness Train-the-Trainer Program at absolutely no cost.

• Two full days of trauma-informed, brain-based training
• All materials and digital resources
• A full year of coaching and support
• Completely funded

In a time when many districts face budget cuts, this is a breakthrough opportunity to build wellness capacity from the inside out.

Educators and students are carrying more stress than ever.

Schools need tools that fit naturally into everyday classroom life.

This program equips one representative from each elementary school with simple, research-backed practices they can bring back to their staff to:

• Build daily regulation and connection habits, so students feel safe, focused, and ready to learn.
• Strengthen emotional and behavioral skills, so learners navigate challenges with confidence and independence.
• Support educator well-being and classroom relationships, so schools experience calmer, more connected environments where learning can thrive.

This is not another curriculum.

This is the foundation of teaching the brain, teaching peace, and reducing behavior referrals through consistent, practical tools that can be used immediately.

And because it is a train-the-trainer model, the impact multiplies schoolwide and lasts long after the training ends.

Each elementary school may send one representative, such as:

• A counselor
• An administrator
• A teacher
• An MTSS coach
• A SEL or wellness lead
• Any school leader committed to student and staff well-being
