Train-the-Trainer Program Agreement

Congratulations! You’ve been selected for this rare, grant-funded opportunity. Your selection reflects the impact you’re ready to create in your school community. To finalize your spot, please review the agreement and complete the questionnaire. If we don’t hear back by January 14th, your spot will be offered to someone on the waitlist.

Section 1: Participation & Attendance Requirements

1. Full Participation

I understand that this is a two-day, in-person training held on January 27–28, 2026 from 8:30am – 3:30pm at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham, Tacoma, WA. I agree to be present for both full days to receive certification.

2. Teaching During the Training

I understand that this is a Train-the-Trainer Program and agree to practice teaching activities in small groups, so I feel prepared to teach my staff.

3. Grant-Funded Seat Commitment

I understand that my seat is funded by a grant and that space is limited. If my plans change, I will notify Generation Wellness immediately, so another educator can benefit from this opportunity. No shows are not permitted.

Section 2: Licensing, Copyright, and Use of Materials

4. License to Train My Own School Community

I understand that this certification and license to use materials is tied to my current role and school site and does not transfer if I change schools or roles without written approval from Generation Wellness.

5. No Commercial Use

I agree not to use Generation Wellness materials for paid or commercial purposes. I understand that Generation Wellness materials may be used for live, in-person staff training at my school only and may not be uploaded, shared digitally, or distributed as standalone resources.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property Protection

I acknowledge that all Generation Wellness training materials, including slide decks, manuals, structure of tools, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of Generation Wellness.

7. Use of Provided Materials

I agree to teach Generation Wellness tools with fidelity to the original intent, language, and structure, and to clearly attribute Generation Wellness when training staff. This training provides permission to teach the tools, not ownership of the materials.

Section 3: Implementation Responsibilities

8. Schoolwide Implementation

I commit to helping my school implement the Generation Wellness model. This is not a curriculum, but a collection of simple daily tools, along with interventions that teach peace.

9. Participation in Virtual Support

I understand that quarterly support is included and agree to participate in at least one coaching session to support implementation success.

Section 4: Media Release

10. Photo & Video Consent

I consent to Generation Wellness photographing or recording me during the training for educational or promotional purposes.

Section 5: Certification Requirements

11. Certification Criteria

To receive certification, I must meet all listed requirements:

• Attend both full training days

• Create an implementation plan

• Attend at least one quarterly virtual session

• Complete brief pre- and post-check-ins and share short feedback to support learning and improvement

12. Continued Compliance

I understand that certification may be revoked if materials are misused, and that revocation requires me to immediately stop using all Generation Wellness materials.
